Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Trademarks Properties Inc.

Job Summary

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, network, and internet connectivity. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Research and implement solutions to technical issues
  • Collect and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or software
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours per week
