Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers and partners via phone, email, or in-person
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least two years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software
