About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at vTgroup Solution inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Access Management: Give access to computer networks, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity for our users.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve their issues.
  • Training and Development: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, empowering them to use our systems and services effectively.
  • Business Systems Support: Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software, ensuring all systems are running smoothly.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring our users receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
  • Work Environment: This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week, with English as the primary work language.
