About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at vTgroup Solution inc. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on how to use our systems and services effectively.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to our users, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up and configure equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Business Systems Support: Provide support for business systems, networks, and Internet services to users.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
