Job Summary:


MS DRYWALL LTD. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist team members with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing minutes of meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Manage Office Procedures: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.
  • Communicate Effectively: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and greet visitors in a professional manner.
  • Compile Data: Gather and compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Order Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a smooth operation of the office.
  • Maintain Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
  • Proofread Documents: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.


Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
