We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team at Nolan Hill Gates Physiotherapy and Massage Clinic. This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week.

Job Summary

The Office Administrator will provide administrative support to the clinic staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This includes providing basic information to clients and the public, scheduling appointments, maintaining work records and logs, and performing clerical duties such as filing and sorting mail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the physiotherapists and massage therapists
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and logs
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  • Order office supplies and maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role or related field
  • Bilingualism (English and French)
