Job Overview

CANADA INC. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional client-focused support to our team. This role involves assisting users with technical difficulties, providing advice and training, and collaborating with the team to implement solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical documentation, manuals, and other resources to identify solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a problems and solutions log for reference by the technical support team.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new technologies and processes.
  • Supervise junior technical support analysts and provide guidance and mentorship.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A college diploma or equivalent in a related field (1-2 years).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role would be an asset.

Benefits

This is a permanent, 30 hours per week position. The salary range is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include a competitive compensation package and opportunities for growth and development.
