Overview

Canada Micro Services Incorporated is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer and technology knowledge, as well as excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing on-site technical assistance to our clients. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing training and support as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a strong understanding of computer systems and technology. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

The Technical Support Specialist will be required to work on-site at our clients' locations, and must be able to travel to these locations as needed. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
