Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Khalsa IT Services. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to computer hardware and software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation of problems and solutions for future reference
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new applications and software systems
  • Provide customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT technical support
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent full-time position
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language required
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
