Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at RS Sapphire Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support to users, ensuring they have access to computer networks and systems.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of computer systems and networks, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Respond to user queries and issues, using troubleshooting skills to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to research and implement solutions, providing expert advice and training as needed.
  • Manage incidents, collecting and maintaining records of problems and solutions for future reference.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of computer systems and networks.
  • Degree or diploma in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
