Strategic Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Development Specialist to join our team at NearSource Technologies. This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 per year.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in amplifying the impact of our partner organizations by connecting them with essential resources such as technology and talent. You will collaborate closely with experts in technology, investment, and program development to drive shared goals and empower organizations leading positive change across industries.
About the Role- Foster strong relationships with portfolio leadership, technology leads, and venture team members to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.
- Develop a deep understanding of the venture industry, sector, region, and overall operating context to provide informed support to our partners.
- Stay up-to-date on the full range of technology and talent support offerings available to Foundation portfolio ventures and assist with deploying these offerings as needed.
- Facilitate regular milestone check-ins with portfolio ventures to ensure alignment and progress towards shared goals.
- Act as a strategic matchmaker, connecting portfolio ventures with the most suitable support services to maximize value for both the venture and the Company.
- Document recommendations and outcomes in partnership success plans, leveraging the Company's in-kind support.
- Prior experience in supporting entrepreneurs, social impact innovators, ventures, or nonprofits.
- Passion for sustainability and social impact topics, including climate change and workforce development, with relevant experience.
- Service-oriented mindset, committed to responsiveness and supporting portfolio needs to achieve desired outcomes.
