Global Strategic Partnership Growth Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team at Manulife Investment Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to grow assets under management (AUM) and revenue across our most important clients.
The Opportunity
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow AUM and revenue on Manulife Investment Management's most important clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organization.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients, including cross-selling and upselling investment products and services.
- Lead on business planning and develop robust account plans for our key clients.
- Develop a strong framework and approach for senior leadership engagement leveraging existing resources such as the World Economic Forum and the Geneva Association.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized investment solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure alignment and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent Manulife Investment Management at industry events and conferences.

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the investment management industry, with a focus on strategic partnerships and business development.
- Proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence key decision-makers - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex investment concepts to clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop customized investment solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Salary
$120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
