Position Overview:

Velocity Truck Centres Canada is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting customers, booking appointments, writing up work orders, and scheduling repairs. You will also create estimates, responsible for creating and invoices, sell repairs and services recommended by the technician, follow up with customers and keep them updated, and explain all work performed and charges.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once
  • Confidence using computer systems, writing reports, and using scheduling tools
  • Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures
  • Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment
  • Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma
