Service Advisor

Velocity Truck Centres Canada is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at our new branch launching in October 2024. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with technicians to create accurate estimates, work orders, and invoices, ensuring transparency and clarity for customers.
- Sell recommended repairs and services, leveraging your knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair to build trust with customers.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed advice and guidance to customers.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure efficient workflow, meeting customer expectations, and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using computer systems, writing reports, and utilizing scheduling tools.
- Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset, but not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
