Service Advisor - RV Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Traveland RV Canada. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers and service technicians, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers
  • Listen to customer needs and clearly articulate repair requirements to service technicians
  • Upsell recommended services using low-pressure, high-integrity methods
  • Provide accurate estimates of repair and maintenance costs
  • Adhere to dealership policies on customer vehicle care and operation
  • Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
  • Sell and manage extended warranties
  • Inspect repair quality and ensure that all work is complete
  • Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup
  • Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
  • Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
  • Keep the Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalency degree is required. Experience in a service-related position is preferred, but not necessary.

Compensation:

  • $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 dependent on experience
