Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Traveland RV Canada. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, addressing their concerns and needs in a professional manner.
- Communication: Clearly articulate repair needs to service technicians and provide accurate estimates of repair costs to customers.
- Sales and Upselling: Use low-pressure sales techniques to recommend additional services and products to customers.
- Quality Control: Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete before releasing vehicles to customers.
- Customer Follow-up: Keep customers informed of progress and notify them when vehicles are ready for pickup.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in a service-related position is preferred but not necessary.
