Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Lilian Abogado-Domestic. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide assistance to clients in their daily lives, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and restrictions
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment
  • Assist with laundry, ironing, and other household tasks
  • Plan and prepare therapeutic diets and menus, taking into account clients' nutritional needs and preferences
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

Our Home Support Workers work in a non-smoking environment, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. This is not a condition of employment.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in this role.

Security Clearance:

A criminal record check and basic security clearance are required for this position.
