About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at ABC Home Support Ltd. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and exercise.
  • Medication Management: Assist clients with medication administration and management.
  • Transportation: Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation to appointments.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, using your initiative and judgment to make decisions and solve problems.
