Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Lilian Abogado-Domestic. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide assistance to clients in their daily lives, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, as well as assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide companionship
  • Assist with medication reminders and other tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

Our Home Support Workers work in a fast-paced environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes. This role requires a high level of physical and mental stamina, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
