Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Lilian Abogado-Domestic. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide assistance to clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Assist with medication reminders and management
  • Perform other tasks as required to support the client's needs
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Work Environment:
