We are seeking a Senior Finance Director to lead our manufacturing and operations finance team. This role will be responsible for driving financial performance, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
About the JobThe Senior Finance Director will report to the President of Life Science Systems and will be a key member of the senior executive team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and project management, with experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability.
- Lead the finance team in preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years of senior financial experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Expertise in project costing systems and hands-on experience designing and managing new business systems.
- Proven ability to develop high-performance teams and manage multiple priorities.
