About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our team at KOSMOS RESTAURANT & LOUNGE. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as managing kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Organize buffets and banquets, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads. A high level of physical fitness and stamina is required for this role.
