Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Culinary Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage food and supply costs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
