Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Alberta Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of all menu items, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours per week
