Job Title: Healthcare Manager - Physiotherapy Clinic

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Healthcare Manager - Physiotherapy Clinic to lead our team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Downtown London. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic and driving strategic growth initiatives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1-5+ years of clinical and administrative leadership experience in a rehabilitation clinic
  • Fully licensed Registered Physiotherapists in Ontario
  • Completion of advanced physical therapy courses is a strong asset

In this role, you will be responsible for performing clinical assessments and implementing treatment plans for clients, as well as providing ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care. You will also be responsible for coordinating operational activities with the team, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and engaging in continuous learning and skills development.
