Job Overview
Rehab First Inc., one of Ontario's largest multidisciplinary assessment and treatment organizations, is seeking a Regional Manager/Registered Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a leader in the field, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional quality healthcare services to people in the community.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Regional Manager/Registered Occupational Therapist to lead our multidisciplinary healthcare teams. You will be responsible for growing our client base, ensuring that we surpass the expectations of our customers and third-party payers, and developing business to achieve financial success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional quality healthcare services.
  • Grow our client base through strategic planning and business development.
  • Ensure that we exceed customer and third-party payer expectations.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve financial success.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Registration in COTO (Canadian Occupational Therapist Organization).
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to problem-solve and motivate staff to function as a high-performing team.
