Job Overview

This full-time, on-site role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead the successful running of the organization's programs at our Oakville, ON location.

The Program Manager will oversee daily governance of programs to ensure tasks are kept on schedule, manage budgets, and maintain communication with all program stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily governance of programs to ensure tasks are completed within established schedules.
  • Effective management of project budgets to ensure financial stability and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Maintaining open communication with program stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.
  • Collaboration with engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations teams to ensure customer specifications are met.
  • Proactive identification and resolution of bottlenecks and other challenges that may impact project timelines or budget.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Program Management with increasing levels of responsibility, including managing various projects successfully.
  • PMP certification is a requirement for this position.
  • In-depth knowledge of aerospace commercial or military contracting and procurement requirements.
  • Strong understanding of financial and labor cost systems and production processes.
  • Able to work independently, with teams, and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Organized with a keen eye for details, charismatic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills, particularly in creating possibilities, organizational change, consistently delivering great performance, and managing people for success.
About This Opportunity

This position comes with a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
