About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Manager - IT Programs to lead our Information Security team in implementing and maintaining a robust vulnerability management program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing an improvement plan aligned with key stakeholders, ensuring secure and cost-effective solutions. Your expertise will also play a critical role in shaping our IT and Enterprise risk management strategy.

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Oversee the Information Security team's efforts to maintain a robust vulnerability management program, working closely with technical stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with our CISO to develop and implement IT and Enterprise risk management strategies, leveraging industry-accepted frameworks to drive process outcomes.
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive security awareness and training program, utilizing the KnowBe4 platform to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and social engineering tactics.
  • Support the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery program manager by maintaining DR sites, coordinating testing activities, and providing issue resolution support.
  • Assume ownership of quarterly access reviews and work with the Identity and Access Management team to establish automated review processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Information Security or a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Certification in CISSP, CRISC, or CISA, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in information security, covering one or more of the defined responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Proven project management experience, including task coordination and resource allocation.
  • Technical knowledge of server and network environments, including backup and replication processes.
