We are seeking a skilled and experienced Level 1 IT Technician to join our team at Fed IT. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain printers and photocopiers according to established procedures.
  • Respond to user requests for assistance, providing timely and effective support.
  • Perform hardware troubleshooting and repair within your area of expertise.
  • Clean, maintain, and perform minor repairs on equipment.
  • Operate various peripherals according to specific instructions.
  • Manage and regularly update the equipment inventory.
  • Perform tasks related to the receipt, storage, distribution, and delivery of goods.
  • Loan computer hardware and equipment, and ensure their return.
  • Verify goods received against purchase orders.

Requirements:

  • DEP in computer support.
  • At least one year's relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of network environment, Microsoft applications, and other software.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet software.
