Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal waste.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with event planners to coordinate logistics, timelines, and vendor arrangements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Requirements:

  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-6 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
