Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

At Speech Specialists Canada Speech Therapy Clinic, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

Estimated Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are a highly experienced group of professionals dedicated to providing private in-home and clinic-based services for clients across Southern Ontario. Our goal is to create a collaborative, energetic, and welcoming work environment that supports the growth and development of our therapists, employees, and practitioners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including checking voicemail and responding to messages, scheduling appointments, tracking referrals, and completing billing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage scheduling software to coordinate appointments and events
  • Use referral tracking logs to generate reports and track client interactions
  • Process billing tasks, including sending invoices and receipts using Stripe
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication with clients and colleagues
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant is an asset
  • Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing is an asset
