Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Actively engage with clients to understand their investment needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Promote Investment Solutions: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our investment products and services, effectively communicating the benefits to clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with colleagues to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to acquire new clients, and retain existing relationships.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin: Effective communication skills in one or both languages to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of investment products and services.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, with the ability to identify cross-sell and referral opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Discount Brokerage Experience: Previous experience working in a discount brokerage environment, with knowledge of back-office functionalities and securities settlement procedures.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
