Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at EPIC - Educational Program Innovations Center. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and implement administrative procedures and policies.
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies and materials.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Prepare and distribute reports, manuals, and other documents as required.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week in a fast-paced office environment. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

The primary language of work is English.
