Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation Advisor to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in designing, improving, and implementing global remuneration policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in identifying, developing, and implementing policies, programs, processes, and work tools related to comprehensive remuneration to ensure sound governance.
  • Advise HRBPs and management on all matters relating to global remuneration.
  • Manage the annual salary review exercise as well as variable pay programs.
  • Perform various cost analyses based on financial results and budgets to ensure that remuneration programs are effective.
  • Participate in compensation surveys by collecting and analyzing market salary data to determine the company's competitive position.
  • Prepare top-quality presentations for management, HR stakeholders, and employees.
  • Participate in developing communication materials and remuneration training.
  • Participate in various projects to improve the employee experience.
  • Monitor innovative global remuneration practices internationally.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, actuarial science, or a similar field.
  • Five or more years of experience in the area of compensation. Consulting experience would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of compensation in an international context.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of various comprehensive compensation programs (job evaluation system, salary structures, variable pay plans, etc.).
  • Rigorous with proven time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with an integrated HR system. SAP/Success Factors would be an asset.
  • Solid advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and verbal.
