Job Overview

As a seasoned leader in omnichannel retail, you will be responsible for creating a five-year strategic plan, yearly budgets, and quarterly forecasts to drive growth and meet excellence benchmarks at BRP. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a global sales planning team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize consumer experience and streamline decision-making processes.

About the Role
  • Create and maintain comprehensive strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth and objectives.
  • Collaborate with demand planning and other teams to utilize data-driven insights and bottom-up SAP IBP Sku level forecasts.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze financial scenarios, opportunities, and risks to inform strategic decisions.
  • Promote commercial strategies in partnership with global commercial teams, ensuring alignment with company vision and objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field of study.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in omnichannel retail and/or sales planning.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple topics and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive accountability for results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and PowerBI.
