Job Description:

Harbour Pallet is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.

About the Role:

  • Manage payroll by calculating and preparing cheques
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries and prepare statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree from a college or CEGEP program
  • Ability to work on-site with no remote option

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. This is a competitive salary that reflects the company's commitment to fair compensation.
