Job Title: Financial Administrator for Healthcare Industry

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team in Downtown Toronto. This is a 6-month contract position with excellent opportunities for conversion to permanent.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic and rapidly evolving healthcare industry. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and vendor communication.
  • Analyze and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with full-cycle accounts payable processes, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookup, formulas, and other advanced functions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
