Job Summary:
This Human Resources Generalist role supports the HRBP function for assigned sites and client groups within Distribution, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and Research and Development environments.
The incumbent collaborates with HR Centre Of Excellence (COE) teams to ensure the HR team supports the needs of the business and its employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support local organizational change initiatives with the HRBP Manager.
- Participate in performance management/talent management processes locally, including annual performance calibration sessions and data tracking.
- Support learning and development initiatives, facilitate HR training programs, and generate HR metrics for workforce planning.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to ensure adherence to recruitment processes.
Requirements:
This role requires:
- A minimum 5+ years' experience in HR Management or a related field.
- Experience within Manufacturing, Supply Chain/R&D environments preferred.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, high learning agility, problem-solving ability, and data analysis expertise.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, preferably Oracle/SAP.
- Business knowledge/acumen and organizational change management experience.
- Driver's License required, travel between facilities in GTA may be required up to 10% of time.
Compensation & Benefits:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000-$90,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, and a comprehensive retirement plan.

Educational Qualifications:
Possession of a Post-Secondary/HR Diploma/Certificate, CHRP/CHRL preferred.
Location:
This role is based in Markham, Canada, and will require occasional travel within the GTA area.
