Job Description

This is a dynamic role that requires close collaboration with the Senior Director of Human Resources, North America. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing critical HR support across various departments
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR generalist roles
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
