Job Summary

We're seeking a strategic thinker with a proven track record in scaling SaaS businesses to lead our marketing and product growth teams. As a Director of Growth and Innovation, you'll develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization growth.
  2. Foster a culture of collaboration within and across teams to enhance the iterative process.
  3. Oversee and optimize paid acquisition channels, such as social media advertising and SEM.
  4. Optimize marketing funnels and user conversion rates through A/B testing and experimentation.
  5. Manage lifecycle marketing to effectively engage customers at every stage of their journey.
  6. Supervise the design and implementation of product experiments to enhance growth.
  7. Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
Requirements
  • ~5+ years of experience in growth or revenue performance roles.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and monetization at scale.
  • Experience managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to utilize data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with statistical testing and experimentation, including proficiency in various testing methods and a solid understanding of the underlying mathematical concepts.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and product analytics tools, such as Amplitude or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to concisely communicate complex visions and report on growth performance to management.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Bilingual (English, French).
