Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administration Clerk to join our team at Taha Development Group Inc. As an Office Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
