BANSAL LOGISTICS INC. is seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including opening and distributing mail and other materials.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Digital Database Management: Maintain and manage digital database.

Work Terms: Permanent, 35 hours per week.

Work Language: English.
