Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other events as needed.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies, order new supplies as needed, and ensure the office is well-organized and efficient.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform data entry tasks as required.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
