About the Role

The Wings on Flame Restaurant Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
