About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as an Executive Director of Sales and Operations at THE WINGS ON FLAME RESTAURANT LTD. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales and operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales and marketing functions, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and success.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
