About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales Operations to join our team at THE WINGS ON FLAME RESTAURANT LTD. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to improve sales efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue expansion.
