About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director, Sales to join our team at THE WINGS ON FLAME RESTAURANT LTD. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing sales strategies and tactics.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Proficient in sales analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on results-driven sales performance.
