About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources and Organizational Development Executive to join our team at 1192820 B.C. LTD. as a Senior Vice-President of Human Resources and Organizational Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management.
  • Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and driving business results.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions, promoting the company's interests.
  • Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions, driving leadership development and business growth.
Supervision and Work Environment
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload, requiring attention to detail and effective time management.
