Strategic Organizational Development Director

B.C. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Organizational Development Director to lead our human resources and organizational development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Allocating material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating promotional campaigns, and approving overall human resources planning
  • Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs
  • Representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegating necessary authority

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal awareness and team player skills
  • A fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure

B.C. LTD. offers a permanent position with 30 to 35 hours of work per week and a language of work in English.
