Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our Commercial Sales & Service team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in bank products and services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in commercial banking or a related field
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency in bank products and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and innovation
What We Offer

BMO offers a competitive salary range of $68,000.00 - $126,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
